Education

Residents in the Irish Loop Region  have access to high quality education.

The Region’s schools including Grades K -12 (Baltimore School Complex located in Ferryland, St. Bernard’s Primary located in Witless Bay, Mobile Regional High in Mobile, Stella Maris Academy located in Trepassey and Dunne Memorial Academy located in St. Mary’s, are operated under the Eastern School District.

The Region has excellent access to Memorial University of Newfoundland, College of the North Atlantic and the other post-secondary education and research institutes located in St. John's.
